When filling the Bacon Bomb you can be very creative try the Cajun Bomb: Add Andouille sausage, Angle Dust which is Cajun seasoning created by Chicago’s own Chef Jimmy Bannos from the restaurant Heaven on Seven and baste with Creole mustard, Honey, Tabasco, Worestershire sauce, shallots & Thyme. Mediterranean Bomb: Sun dried tomatoes, Feta cheese, Pine Nuts, Fresh Basil baste with with pesto. Mexican Bomb: Pre cook Chorizo, Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce, shredded Quesadilla cheese a hint of lime baste with Salsa. Most of all have fun and keep grilling!!!!!
